Three Ways to Use Daily Literacy OS

Option 1: Use the Article Bank (Fastest)

Perfect when: You need content right now and want something immediately usable.

  1. Go to Tools → Article Library
  2. Browse articles by date (Feb 2-27, with March coming soon)
  3. Each article shows topic area and grade level
  4. Click "Use in Display" to project for whole-class reading

Option 2: Generate an AI Lesson Plan

Perfect when: You have a specific article and want complete teaching pathways.

  1. Go to Tools → AI Lesson Planner
  2. Paste your article (200-500 words works best)
  3. Select grade level: K-1, 2-3, or 4-5
  4. Choose primary skill: Main Idea, Inferences, Author's Purpose, etc.
  5. Choose secondary skill (optional)
  6. Click "Generate Lesson Plan"
  7. In 30-60 seconds, you'll have all 15 outputs

What you'll see: Three level tabs (Below/At/Above Grade) × Five pathway tabs (Whole Class, Comprehension, Vocabulary, Fluency, Extension). Use the Print button to create a teacher packet.

Daily Literacy OS does not collect any student data. Only teachers create accounts. The AI generates lesson content based on the article text you provide — no student names, scores, or personal information are involved.
